Ages 4 – Rising K (children must be 4 by June 25, 2022)

ONE DAY ONLY – Saturday, June 25
1:00pm-4:00pm
*Camp will conclude with a family dinner from 4-5pm.

In the midst of food, fun, games & worship, kids will explore the Bible and learn more about God! Also included: snacks, camp incentive rewards, end-of-camp fun awards, a family dinner, and a t-shirt. All free!

Activity Participation Agreement

I, the registering parent/guardian, by registering my child for PCC's 2022 Mega Camp, I authorize and grant permission for the following:

By registering my child for Mega Camp, I authorize that my child’s image may be photographed, filmed and used in video, print or web presentations.

By registering my child for Mega Camp, I authorize that my child participate in PCC's 2022 Mega Camp and all planned activities associated with this event. I take sole responsibility for my child's participation in this event and and agree not to hold PCC or any of its representatives associated with the event liable or responsible for injuries, incidences, and/or medical expenses that might arise during my child's participation in PCC's 2022 Mega Camp.

By registering my child for Mega Camp, I grant permission for my child(ren) to receive emergency medical attention if PCC's representatives are unable to contact me in a timely fashion.
