D.S.W. – Snow Tubing Trip with Optional Skiing Afterwards

Welcome to D.S.W.—a group for divorced, single, separated or widowed individuals seeking community and walking with Jesus.
We meet weekly (for those that are able), and we host monthly gatherings. All are welcome to come as you’re able. Learn more about the group here.
For our February outing, we’ll get outside and go snow tubing at Wintergreen Resort, with optional skiing afterward!
When: Saturday, February 4
Where: Wintergreen Resort (39 Mountain Inn Loop, Nellysford, VA 22958)
Time: 1:30-2:45 for Snow Tubing, 4:00-9:00pm for optional skiing
Cost: $39 for snow tubing, $59+rentals for skiing
Snow tubing is recommended for ages 6 and up. You must be 42 inches or taller to snow tube.
One person per tube. You may “hook” tubes together, conditions permitting on the day.
What to wear/bring:
- Waterproof pants/jacket/shoes/gloves
- Ear warmers or hat
- Warm socks
- Change of clothes when finished
- Extra cash for food or snacks (and for ski rentals if you select the option to ski below)
Sign up below no later than Sunday, January 29. We will reserve tickets on Monday, January 30, as tickets become available that day at noon and tend to sell out quickly.
