Daily Worship+

You can connect with God on your time, in your way, every day.

You don’t need talented vocalists and musicians to worship God. You don’t need a pastor to read the Bible for you. Exploring and growing in your relationship with God is the way to experience the fullest life possible.

Jesus wants, and has the power, to transform your life…if you’ll follow Him.

Jesus said, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me. For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will save it.” (Luke 9:23-24)

If you want to follow Jesus but aren’t sure where to start, then we have a plan. It includes weekly church and daily worship with Bible reading and prayer. If you will follow this plan, then you will grow closer in your relationship with Jesus. Let us know how we can help along the way. We can’t wait to see how God is going to change lives!

Weekly Church

The best way to Know God is to participate in church every week.  As you participate in church, take note of what’s sung and taught. Consider making note or jotting down:

  • Song titles or lyrics that connect with you during worship.
  • Scriptures (Ex:  John 3:16) that are in the pastor’s message.
  • Your key takeaway from church that day.

Daily Worship

Set aside 15 minutes every day to worship, read and pray.
  1. WORSHIP. Review your notes about songs from church, and create a playlist with your favorites. Listen to one or two of them; even sing along in the privacy of your own home or car!

Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord…
Let us come before him with thanksgiving
and extol him with music and song.
For the Lord is the great God,
the great King above all gods. Psalm 95:1-3
  2. READ. Check the New Testament in One Year plan for the day’s reading. As you read the chapter, note the verses that stand out to you most. Review the verses you selected, and focus on one or two verses. Reflect on them. What do those verses mean to you today?

All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. – 2 Timothy 3:16-17
  3. PRAY. Prayer is simply communicating with God. Whether you talk with him silently or aloud, prayer is essential to a relationship with him. You connect with God when you talk with, and listen to, Him. As you pray…

    1. Address God with respect.
    2. Thank Him.
    3. Ask God for what you or others need.
    4. Ask God to forgive you.
    5. Extend forgiveness to others.
    6. Ask God for guidance and protection.
    7. Close with “Amen,” which means “truly.”
